This is my inspiration for the creation of my Blossom Petals
This crochet doll of Mini Free Spirit was created by Beth...her blog is http://byhookbyhand.blogspot.com/2009/11/good-thing-come-in-small-packages.html).
As you will notice I named one of my Blossom Petals after her.
I give credit where is due.
The materials used here are a dowel rod to support the head... pipe cleaners for posing limbs, and a thick muslin fabric for the body.
Boy...do they look so naked.
Tip
I used sandwich bags and tied it around their neck with yarn to keep them safe while I paint on their eyes. Accidents do happen.
They don't look so naked anymore. And now they have a voice. But they kind of look like aliens.
