SHE'S HERE! Sweet Candi Poseable Felt Doll Pattern



Finally! I have been so overwhelmed lately. I  have been wanting to put this cutie pie, Sweet Candi Poseable Felt Doll' tutorial together. I finally did it...yipeee!

She measures 6 3/4" tall when assembled. 
Basket and lollipops are included as a pattern.

She is fully poseable. And now available to purchase in my Etsy Shop.




Look at that face. Adorable! Need I say more about her curly hair???....




She stands with such poise and elegance.




She's definitely a keeper.

Tutorial on how to make the eyes and mouth/Jazzy The Jazz Dancer New Felt Doll



Jazzy The Jazz Dancer inspired by my niece [pictured below] who has been in dance school since she's was about 5 years of age. She is now 13 years old.

Jazzy the jazz dancer measures 7 3/4" measures high when completed. She's available here on my blog as a pattern for sale or on my etsy shop...to shop here just scroll down and it's on the right hand side bar.

 I'm currently making the Mother And child felt doll pattern and the Bunka Doll [Japanese] felt doll pattern. I'm like a chicken without it's head going bonkers because I have so many other idea's install for creating more felt doll patterns and new cloth doll patterns that's it's giving me too much of a rush...I need to lay down for a moment...Whooo, focus, focus, focus...

Tutorial On Making The Face.



Make your markings for the eyes nose and mouth. Using two strands of embroidery floss or three strands of sewing thread back stitch the eyelid and then add your eyelashes.




Stitch a V for the eyes.




Fill in the eyes with small whip stitch stitches with two strands of floss or three strands of sewing thread.



 With two white floss strands make french knots or a different stitch you desire.



Nose - Use two floss strands or three strands of sewing thread and just make a small straight stitch across.

Mouth - Use two floss strands or three strands of sewing thread back stitch the mouth in a slight arch.



  Stitch a V for the bottom lip and just fill in with small stitches [see picture below]. 
 

 I told you it was easy.

WIP/Meia The Balllerina Felt Doll Pattern


Meia The Ballerina was inspired by a beautiful little girl name Meia age 3 1/2 who loves to dance and be on stage, and is awaiting to be registered in dance class pictured below.

Meia The Ballerina felt doll pattern is jointed at the elbows and knees and measures 7 3/4" high when completed. Her hair is simply embroidery floss wrapped around a dowel with styling gel...how easy is that. As a gift from me to you I will post a short picture tutorial on how to make the eyes and mouth so you can see how easy it is to make.

She's available here on my blog as a pattern for sale or on my etsy shop . I"m also creating Jazzy The Jazz Dancer inspired by my 13 year old niece who has been in dance school from the age of 5 years old. I will post a picture of my lovely niece who thinks she's so grown. A Bunka doll in felt [Japanese doll] and a mother daugther felt doll is also in progress. WIP/ Dollhouse


 I crossed path's with a lovely man who's been doing carpentry and architectural work for 40 years. He was kind enough to teach me the basics. He helped me built the house above...it's not perfect but it's a start. It's a new beginning to many more to come.


  I've been creating with cardboard since I was a little girl. I created a Barbie doll dresser with removeable draws when I was a little girl among other things. I enjoy creating.

This house is made with felt and cardboard for stability. The house opens so I will be making a doll and some furniture to complete this house. This will be another pattern for sale.


 The ribbon is to close the front of house.

Sneak Preview Of A Crochet Mini Doll Living Room Furniture And A 5" Mini Crochet Doll


 This crochet furniture pattern will be available soon to download. It fits 5" - 5 1/2" dolls. I especially made this furniture for the 5" inch crochet dolls you see in the picture. Since the dolls are a variation of Beth Webber's Mini Free Spirit crochet dolls I was given permission to post the variation's so you can also create the 5" crochet dolls. I will post it after I finished the crochet pattern for a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom.
